True Basket is a curated e-commerce platform offering furniture, home decor, ceramics, and artisanal objects. We are committed to transparency, craftsmanship, and your satisfaction.

2. Eligibility & Account

By placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to display colors and details as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to screen settings or artisanal handmade qualities.

Prices are listed in USD (US Dollars) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless stated otherwise. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly noted.

4. Orders & Payments

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely via our trusted partners (Stripe / PayPal). We accept major credit cards, digital wallets, and installment options where available.

Once your order ships, we will provide tracking details. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide with estimated delivery times shown at checkout. Standard processing takes 1–3 business days. True Basket is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events (force majeure). Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in their region.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our support within 7 days. We will resolve with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your True Basket piece. You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. To be eligible, items must be in original packaging and condition. Final sale items, custom commissions, and perishable goods are non-returnable.

Return process: Contact our concierge at returns@True Basket.com to initiate. Prepaid labels may be offered for select regions.
Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for fastest service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including images, text, graphics, logos, product designs, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of True Basket or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. User Content & Reviews

We welcome product reviews, photos, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant True Basket a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display it across our marketing channels. You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights or contain offensive material.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Basket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the price you paid for the item in question.
